Job description

Charterhouse is working with an international business within the Oil & Gas industry who are looking to hire a Human Resources Team Leader to join their expanding team covering the Africa region.


You will work alongside an existing HR Team Lead, who is currently covering the MENA region concentrating on the Africa region for the business. With a medium employment size across the region, you will support the business with all HR requirements for the area. You will be responsible for identifying areas requiring improvement, ensuring compliance with all group Human Resources standards, policies and procedures. Other duties will include maintaining awareness of operational related costs and participating in departmental improvement projects.


The successful candidate should have a background within the Oil & Gas sector with a minimum of ten years HR experience, having spent a number of those recent years at a Managerial level. You should have strong experience / knowledge in Global Mobility and a proven background of managing the Africa region previously.
