A leading technology organization is looking for an HR Specialist in Ras al-Khaimah. In this role, you will support the HR Manager by managing talent acquisition and HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. You should have a degree in Human Resources, relevant certifications, and 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally within a technology-driven environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The HR Specialist will support the HR Manager in delivering efficient and effective HR services across the organization. This role will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition, managing HR operations, preparing and processing employee documentation, and coordinating payroll activities. The HR Specialist will act as a key liaison with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of people-related processes, while upholding RAK DAO’s values and policies.

  • Support the HR Manager in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for talent aligned with RAK DAO’s strategy.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, integration, and induction programs to accelerate new hires’ ramp-up in a high-tech environment.
  • Prepare various HR documents including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, salary certificates, and NOCs, reflecting RAK DAO’s branding and compliance requirements.
  • Manage documentation for employee lifecycle transitions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to UAE labor regulations
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with RAK DAO’s policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records within HRIS systems and ensure documentation integrity
  • Assist in generating HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for the HR Manager to support strategic decision-making in talent and operations.
  • Contribute to the refinement and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to RAK DAO’s dynamic environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, ideally within a technology-driven or UAE organization.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and payroll practices is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across functions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee data.
