Key Responsibilities 核心职责

1. Regional C&B Management 区域薪酬福利管理

  • Review monthly payroll for local employees across Central Asia, Middle East & North Africa (MENA) 负责中亚、中东、北非大区属地员工月度薪资单审核与发放监督
  • Source, onboard and manage payroll vendors to ensure compliance & operational excellence 开发、对接并管理各国第三方薪资供应商(Payroll Vendor),确保合规高效
  • Implement localized benefits programs aligned with regional strategy and HQ guidelines 协同区域HR负责人优化区域福利体系,落地本土化福利方案
  • Harmonize regional compensation frameworks under global standards 衔接北京总部薪酬团队,统筹区域各国薪酬制度更新与标准化

2. Regional HR Operations区域HR运营统筹

  • Develop HR dashboards and analytics for workforce planning & cost optimization 主导区域人力资源数据分析、报表制作及战略洞察(含编制、成本、效能等)
  • Oversee regional HR payments, annual budgeting and expenditure tracking 管理区域HR付款流程、年度预算编制及执行监控
  • Provide frontline HR support to Chinese expatriates on policy inquiries 为中方外派员工提供日常人力资源支持与政策答疑

3. On-site HRBP for UAE阿联酋本地HRBP职能

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, visa processing, payroll, ER) 负责迪拜办公室端到端人力资源操作(考勤、签证、薪酬、员工关系)
  • Execute employee lifecycle processes with compliance focus 处理当地员工入转调离全流程,确保合规性与员工体验

Qualification 任职资格

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above (HR/Finance preferred) 本科及以上学历,人力资源、财务或相关专业优先
  2. 3+ years hands-on experience in multinational payroll management (Multi-country exposure is a plus) 至少3年跨国企业薪酬管理实操经验(熟悉多国薪资税务合规者加分)
  3. Native Mandarin & Business English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent required for daily operation) 中英双语母语级能力:中文为工作语言,英文需达雅思6.5或同等水平(需全英文工作沟通)
  4. Willing to relocate to Dubai and travel across Central Asia/MENA 接受常驻迪拜办公,并愿意赴中亚、中东、北非各国短期出差
  5. Advanced Excel skills & HRIS literacy (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) 精通Excel数据分析,熟悉HRIS系统(SAP SuccessFactors优先)
