Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Administering payroll
- Employee Relations: Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Defining job qualifications and writing job descriptions
- Compliance: Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Training and Development: Developing training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Creating and maintaining a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
- Performance Management: Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Employee Retention: Designing and implementing employee retention strategies.
