Job Purpose
To support the effective delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and UAE labour law, and leveraging ERP systems—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365—for data management, reporting, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration
- Manage core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee record changes, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases in line with organisational standards.
- Coordinate and track employee leave, attendance, and contractual entitlements.
- ERP System Management (Dynamics 365)
- Serve as a key user of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR module within the wider ERP ecosystem.
- Ensure data integrity across employee records, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant departments on system enhancements, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Support periodic system audits, upgrades, and testing related to HR functionalities.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Prepare HR-related payroll inputs including changes to salaries, benefits, or employee status.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including insurance enrolment and policy queries.
- Ensure all relevant data is accurately captured within the ERP to support payroll and finance teams.
- HR Policy, Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all HR practices comply with internal policies and UAE labour legislation.
- Support the roll-out and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal reviews and external audits as required.
- HR Reporting & Data Analytics
- Generate and validate HR reports on headcount, turnover, leave balances, and other metrics via Dynamics 365.
- Assist in compiling workforce data to support HR planning, budgeting, and management requests.
- General Support & Engagement
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and HR events.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with ERP exposure.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar HRIS/ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR operational practices.
