Job description

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling in collaboration with HR Business Partners and line managers
  • Maintain talent pool of potential candidates in the market received through recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement and wellness initiatives as per the HR engagement calendar.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partners and ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Line Manager & HEBP to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions whenever needed.
  • Proficient in using Oracle HCM to update and maintain employee information

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, preferably a certificate in HR.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
