Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Employee Experience:

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.

Talent Management:

  • Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews.
  • Manage the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Identify and address training and development needs to support employee growth and career advancement.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee recognition programs, and organizational development efforts.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure the HR team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively support the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the HR team.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
