Job description

For our own projects, we are looking for: HR Operations Specialist.

MISSION:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support and enhance the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department within the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires hands-on HR expertise, a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, and a commitment to operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR service delivery and compliance across a diverse, often remote workforce.

TASKS:

  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation: employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and letters.
  • Support the onboarding and mobilization of field personnel, including medical checks, travel documentation, work permits, PPE coordination, site inductions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices tailored to the Oil & Gas environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Recruitment, Commercial, and Operations to align HR practices with business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and supervisors on HR operational matters.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3/5 years of HR operations experience, with at least 2 years in the Oil & Gas sector or similar industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with mobilization and demobilization processes, especially for remote and offshore worksites.
  • Solid knowledge of labor regulations, documentation, and field HR support requirements.
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken.

  • Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Contract Duration: Long-term.
  • Starting date: June 2025.
