Looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR processes and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle management, HR systems, policy compliance, payroll coordination, and overall operational efficiency across the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and continuously improve all HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy, reporting, and analytics.
- Oversee payroll coordination in collaboration with Finance and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Employee Relations to ensure a seamless employee experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and employee handbooks.
- Lead HR audits and reporting processes.
- Support HR projects such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and organizational restructures.
- Manage vendor relationships for HR systems, background checks, medical insurance, etc.
- Mentor and lead a team of HR Coordinators/Officers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 6–8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR operations or generalist managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and local labor laws.
- Proficient in HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and MS Office Suite.
