Mandatory details/Skills-

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with labor laws.
  • Support HR programs such as performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping validation.
  • Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as surveys, employee events, and audits.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis for HR metrics when needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
