Situated along the Al Khor bay side of Umm Al Quwain, the resort spans 38,200 square meters and offers a range of accommodations including Deluxe rooms, Suites, Villas, and spacious chalets, all fully equipped with modern conveniences.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and creating job descriptions. They will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the position involves coordinating employee development programs and resolving any employee issues or grievances to maintain a productive work environment.
