To ensure that the Human Resources Department provides a professional service to the business in a timely, accurate and relevant manner.

Principle accountabilities, role and responsibilities
- To ensure that the Human Resource Department provides a professional support to the company, its senior managers and subsidiaries in a timely, accurate and relevant manner.
- Assisting HR Manager in Drafting, Reviewing & Implementation of HR Policies, formats.
- Assisting HR Manager in error free timely payroll processing and its disbursement of salary.
- Monthly attendance management.
- Handle queries related to payroll.
- Assisting HR Manager in recruitment.
- Responsible for on boarding of successful candidates (visa, accommodation, tickets travel) with the support of the PRO.
- Responsible for scheduling of Visa Medical, Visa Stamping, Visa Renewal, Visa Cancellation.
- Preparation of monthly reports (Leave Balance, Gratuity Balance, Air Ticket Balance)
- Maintain strong employee relations and identify expressed and implied needs which may affect the morale and motivation of employees.
- Ensure accurate and regular updating database of HR department.
- Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last level.
- Assist HR Manager in conducting the Annual Performance Appraisal exercise.
- Responsible for completion of Exit formalities as per processes till full & final settlement of the employee
- Maintain the confidentiality of the department’s activity.
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
- Carrying out assigned tasks in safe manner
- Attend HSE Trainings and Drills
- Supervise and Monitor safety of team
- Report any unsafe conditions and practices at workplace
- Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager

- Excellent analytical skills
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience of ERP systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable knowledge and skills
- At least 2-3 years’ work experience within similar profile

Qualifications
- Graduation / MBA / Masters in related discipline (Human Resources / Social Welfare)
