Job summary

An outsourcing company in Dubai is hiring for an HR Support role. The position encompasses various responsibilities such as recruitment, employee document management, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. Ideal candidates will assist with payroll processing, maintain employee records, and promote employee engagement, while ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Ensure all HR operations and employee documentation are aligned with UAE Labour Law and company policy.
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) including contracts, visas, IDs, and passports.
  • Coordinate with the PRO for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations (residence, labor card, Emirates ID).
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and manage HRMS or timesheet systems.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with Finance or external payroll providers.
  • Draft and issue HR-related documents (offer letters, warnings, NOCs, employment certificates, etc.).
  • Assist with performance appraisals and employee training programs.
  • Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports as required.
