Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Core Focus):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and offers.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further interviews.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs and other recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure all recruitment records and documentation are accurately maintained.

General HR Functions:

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and probation confirmations.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and HR communication.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
  • Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR) are a plus.
