Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and offers.
- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further interviews.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Organize and participate in career fairs and other recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment records and documentation are accurately maintained.
General HR Functions:
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and probation confirmations.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes including documentation and follow-ups.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and HR communication.
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Required Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
- Additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR) are a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR best practices is preferred.
