Job summary

A leading global institution in Islamic banking in the MENA region is seeking an HR Officer. The role involves supporting HR management activities, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with payroll and staff claims. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or finance sector.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in banking or finance.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Manager with recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist in payroll administration and staff benefits.
• Help with employee performance management follow-ups.
• Generate monthly HR reports.

Job Description:

• Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
• Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
• Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
• Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from banking or finance sector.
