Responsibilities
- Position reports to CEO
- Develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff
- Develop, implement and update HR practices in line with the culture of the organization
- Ensure selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization
- Advise managers on candidate selection and recommend changes
- Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues.

Requirement
- Facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals
- Organize required training programs and workshop for employees
- Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they are handled properly
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labor Laws
