The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree, be an Arabic speaker, and have 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational corporations. Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or above
Minimum 7 - 10 years of verifiable career in HR strategy and management
Experience in playing a leading role to design and operate HR policies and strategies
Necessary to have local work experience.
Preferably having experience in multinational corporations
Having a good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
