Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day HR Operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HR system management, employee records, and compliance with UAE Labor Laws.
Ensure accurate documentation for employee contracts, renewals, visas, and other legal requirements as per UAE law.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations regarding data protection and privacy laws.
Collaborate with the leadership team to implement effective HR policies and practices that align with the company's objectives and legal requirements.
Ensure that HR is aligned with how a school should function effectively, particularly in terms of reporting structures and internal workflows, promoting collaboration and efficiency across departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws: In-depth understanding and knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
