We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager. The candidate must possess excellent speaking and writing skills. At least (3) years of UAE work experience. The candidate’s main activities include strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere. They consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within the business or company. (Medical Field Background)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Develop and Manage HR Budget
- Design and update the work structures
- Manage the Payroll and WPS System
- Manage and Follow up Patient Complaints with Ministry of Health/ administrative Complaints with Economic Development Department
- Manage and Follow up MOH License for Doctors and Nurses
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Previous experience within the UAE. Medical Field Background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
