Title: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee job postings, resume screening, and interview processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Support goal setting and development plans.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and reward programs.
  • Ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

Compliance & Policy:

  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and enforce company policies and procedures.

HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Contribute to strategic planning and workforce forecasting.
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

HR Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

Health & Safety:

  • Promote workplace safety and wellbeing.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
