An established industry player is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR programs and policies in Abu Dhabi. This role involves establishing strong relationships with business partners, advising on HR issues, and leading performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR within the engineering or professional services sector, particularly in the Middle East. Human Resources Manager, Abu Dhabi
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that best practice is maintained at all times and to manage the implementation and maintenance of HR programmes, policies and procedures in support of the business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
It is essential that the successful candidate has at least seven years of experience working in a similar role; ideally with a global engineering or professional services organisation. At least two years of relevant experience of working in the Middle East in a similar role is necessary.
Degree qualified from an internationally accredited University in Human Resources, Law or other relevant subject and CIPD or equivalent is necessary.
