Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing our human resources functions, with a strong focus on performance appraisals, and training & development.

You will collaborate closely with the HR team and senior management to ensure that our HR strategies align with overall business objectives and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Management:

Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

·Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the company's compensation and benefits remain competitive in the industry.

Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed decisions on salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives.

Manage the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, and other perks.

Employee Welfare:

Develop and implement employee welfare programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.

Coordinate wellness initiatives, employee assistance programs, and other activities promoting work-life balance.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns related to work environment, facilities, and employee morale.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to organize events, celebrations, and other activities fostering a positive workplace culture.

Performance Appraisal

Design, implement, and manage the performance appraisal system in line with company policies.

Ensure periodic performance reviews are conducted (e.g., annual, mid-year) with clear objectives and KPIs.

Train line managers on providing constructive feedback and setting performance goals.

Analyze appraisal data to identify trends, training needs, and opportunities for performance improvement.

Collaborate with department heads to link performance results with reward and development plans.

Ensure documentation and compliance with internal processes and labor laws.

Training & Development

Develop and implement a comprehensive annual training plan.

Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and ROI analysis.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Maintain training records and prepare regular reports on training activities.

Leadership

Managing HR teams globally on day to day tasks by offering guidance, support and advise on HR policies and processes.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on compensation & benefits, employee welfare, and disciplinary procedures.
