Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the business status and team operation status of the department under responsibility, participate in the implementation of business strategies, and promote the effective implementation of human resources strategies
- Based on the team's situation, clarify the competency model, which involves the personnel growth path and personnel development plan, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans, and follow up on their implementation.
- Provide guarantee and support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to offer comprehensive solutions for the team, including human resources work such as attendance, compensation, training, performance, and employee relations.
- Tailor user portraits according to business recruitment needs, quickly source, screen, evaluate candidate suitability, and hire, optimizing the recruitment process.
- Through proactive interaction with management and employees, establish effective and diverse channels to ensure smooth information flow within the organization, create a trusting and healthy work atmosphere, and enable the company's cultural construction and business to develop at a high speed.
- Responsible for performance interviews, organizing the supervision and implementation of employees' Performance Improvement Plans, and other Performance Management tasks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above from regular enrollment, with good business sensitivity and 3-5 years or more of human resources work experience.
- Has good logical thinking ability and data processing and analysis ability.
- Outgoing, self-driven, responsible, amiable, and with a strong sense of service.
- English can be used as a working language
