Job Position: HR Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Onsite, Full Time

Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000 + Benefits as per UAE law

Job Overview:

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions across multiple companies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, fostering a strong company culture, and managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. This role requires a strong personality, excellent conflict-resolution skills, and an in-depth understanding of diverse job roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience (2 to 3 years experience in a leadership role)
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong personality with excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in conflict resolution, employee relations, and cultural transformation.
  • Knowledge of various job roles across different industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience in HR software and digital HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with business goals.
  • Restructure the company culture to promote a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through targeted programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies for hiring top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define job descriptions and hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for various job roles. Implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training and development needs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
  • Handle employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally and effectively.
  • Act as a mediator between employees and management to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave policies.
  • Ensure that the company’s compensation structure remains competitive in the market.
  • Manage health insurance, end-of-service benefits, and other employee perks
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and employment contracts.
  • Keep records of all HR-related documents, policies, and employee data.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to company and legal policies
