Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (Regional) to join our team and help drive our HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies in line with the company’s goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR activities, especially within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Strong understanding of UAE and Saudi labor laws and experience with Saudi-specific HR practices (Saudization).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite.
