Our Client is a family-run fashion company seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to manage a diverse team, the ability to foster a positive work environment, and a deep knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our HR processes, ensuring a healthy organizational culture, and supporting both the staff and the company's overall goals.
Please note that this role requires an Arabic speaker.
Key Responsibilities:
Decision Making & Leadership:

- Organize staff awards, Employee of the Month, and Employee of the Year initiatives.

HR & Administration:
- Oversee and improve existing HR administration processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and the company.
- Stay well-informed of labor laws and ensure all HR practices are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and enhance internal staff policies as needed.
Conflict Resolution & Customer Satisfaction:
- Work closely with key staff to ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Hold staff accountable for any customer dissatisfaction and ensure proper follow-up action is taken.
- Actively listen to feedback, identifying any behavioral or motivational shifts within the team.
Employee Advocacy & Company Interests:
- Maintain a strong understanding of both the company's needs and the interests of staff, ensuring that both are balanced and supported.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a high standard of professionalism across all departments.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
- A diplomatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- Experience in organizing team-building events and employee recognition programs.
- A genuine passion for fostering a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

Salary: AED 20,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM.
