About the Role

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the hospitality establishment. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Required Skills

  • Proven 5 years' experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
