Job summary

Selected Recruitment Ltd in Dubai is seeking a hands-on People & Culture Manager to own the employee experience across multiple entities. The role combines strategic HR leadership with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will manage onboarding to exit, oversee payroll inputs with Finance, guide managers on employee relations, and drive culture initiatives while ensuring UAE labour law compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and strong Excel/reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR; CIPD/SHRM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contracts, HRMS data and HR documentation.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including visas, insurance, probation, renewals and final settlements.
• Oversee monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and benefits in partnership with Finance.
• Lead recruitment coordination with hiring managers, from job posting through to offer and onboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Drive engagement, recognition and culture initiatives.
• Own the HRIS, improve processes and produce HR reports and dashboards for management.
• Keep HR practices compliant with UAE labour law and internal governance standards.

• Sound judgement, discretion and a people-centric approach
• Experience in professional services, corporate services or free zone environments is a strong advantage
