We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for one of our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and talent development. The HR Manager plays a key role in creating a positive work culture, ensuring legal compliance, and aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives.

Job Description:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles and ensure timely recruitment to meet business needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Promote a positive work culture by ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee rights, and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and assist in setting performance goals for employees.
  • Work with managers to implement strategies for improving employee performance and development.
  • Develop and administer employee recognition and reward programs to foster motivation and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, salary reviews, and incentive structures.
  • Manage benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.) and ensure employees have access to accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages are competitive.

Training & Development:

  • Identify skills gaps and work with leadership to develop training and development programs that support both individual and organizational growth.
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and leadership training programs.
  • Support employees in their career development and growth within the company.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Maximum 10 Years of Experience and Minimum 4 -5 Years in Related Field.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Food Industry is often preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, performance management tools).
