Job Purpose:
As a Human Resources, Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce develops the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to support employee growth and drive success in the competitive pharmaceutical market. You will oversee talent acquisition, training and development programs, and HR initiatives to build high-performing, engaged teams. You will manage a smooth onboarding process to help new employees integrate effectively. You will also maintain accurate employee records, including resumes, promotions, and training history, to support workforce planning and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and attract top talents.
• Oversee & coordinate the recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to final hiring.
• Manage & coordinate structured onboarding programs, including orientation sessions and key function introductions to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and administrative onboarding processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide continuous support to new hires during their initial integration period.
• Manage employee records, track career progress, and analyze workforce trends.
• Maintain and refine HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment that supports employee well-being. - Learning & Development:
• Foster a culture of high performance, professional growth, and engagement through HR initiatives and development programs.
• Conduct competency assessments to identify areas of strengths, potential, and development needs.
• Design, implement, and manage training programs tailored to the needs of the different company functions to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, sales team capabilities, and productivity.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs to support continuous professional development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
• Develop mentorship and coaching programs to support career growth and retention.
• Record and track employee training from the time of joining, maintaining accurate training records to ensure compliance and continuous development.
• Hire and assess the performance of learning and development partners who can support the development and implementation of the company’s L&D strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Training in the pharmaceutical sales industry.
• Strong knowledge of GCC employment laws and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing tailored L&D programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze challenges and implement effective HR solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English is a must.
• Flexibility to travel across the GCC as needed.
