THE POSITION

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking talented and innovative fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team as an Intern. The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced professionals who will guide you through hands-on experience in a corporate organization.

This is a 6-month internship program based in Dubai, with the possibility of extension.

As a Human Resources Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Learn about the organization, systems, and policies

  • Support the HR team and business partners on HR-related administrative tasks

  • Participate in HR related projects and activities

  • Engage and assist employees with inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related studies

  • Prior knowledge in handling Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, and Excel)

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to plan and organize workload
