Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition 60

  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards social media platforms and internal databases.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability and contact potential candidates for initial screening.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    Provide feedback on candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and other recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate and job posting databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of on boarding paperwork for selected candidates.
  • Provide administrative support including organizing and maintaining recruitment files and documents.

Talent Engagement 40

  • Lead in planning and organizing Monthly Take Care Calendar
  • Lead Monthly Associate Engagement Initiatives such as Birthday Celebrations and Life Events
  • Lead Monthly Take Care Champions Meeting
  • Lead and administer the Talent Recognition Process for every Quarter
  • Lead and organize the Talent Rally every Quarter
  • Advertise all employee engagement activities in Just Report It (Marriott website) and other social media platforms.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department including answering phone calls responding to emails and preparing HRrelated documents.
