Key Responsibilities:Assist in posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in organizing internal events employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Assist with HR reporting surveys and administrative tasks.
Research HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data and interactions.
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Good communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask stay organized and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset.
