Job description

Job Purpose:

The HRIS Representative plays a key role in managing and optimizing HR systems, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors and digital HR initiatives. This role ensures system integrity, supports automation and digitalization of HR processes, and provides technical and analytical expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance the employee experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. System Administration & Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries, including issue resolution, user support, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure system functionalities including workflows, roles, security permissions, notifications, and integrations.
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patch testing to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor integration points, system logs, and performance metrics; escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Conduct regular data audits and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

2. Project & Implementation Support

  • Support implementation and rollout of new HR technologies, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Assist with gathering business requirements, preparing test cases, conducting UAT, and coordinating go-lives.
  • Maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Deliver system training sessions for HR and end-users.

3. Reporting & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform data validation, audits, and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Support HR leadership with analytics for compliance, workforce planning, and operational KPIs.

4. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Map existing HR processes (“As-Is”) and propose optimized (“To-Be”) processes aligned with system capabilities.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support the implementation of digital workflows and self-service tools.

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Demonstrated experience in system configuration, reporting, and process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation or HR technology projects is a plus.
