We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Generalist responsibilities include a good understanding of full cycle recruiting, monitoring employees' monthly KPI Submissions & reports, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records and solid knowledge of UAE labor laws. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
• Source CVs and schedule interviews for UAE and other countries
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
• Conduct background checks
• Assist in onboarding and training management
• Manage employee KPI
• Sharing targets and manage records
• Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters)
• Perform other HR activities
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in UAE labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
