About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between AMS International and our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a positive employee experience while upholding our company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and uphold a positive image of AMS International.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Supervise and track employee attendance, leave records, annual tickets, and personal documentation.
- Provide counseling support to staff and resolve personnel-related issues as required.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel files; coordinate with AMS HQ on Immigration and Labour procedures.
- Oversee annual and sick leave schedules; liaise with clients on approvals.
- Coordinate with clients annually regarding performance bonuses and salary increments.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and engage with staff to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies; escalate ambiguities or inconsistencies.
- Act as a liaison between AMS and client for matters concerning new joiners, terminations, workspace allocations, and logistics.
- Manage monthly payroll (WPS) and client invoicing via relevant portals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in managing HR administration, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
- Candidates on their own visa.
- Candidates available to join immediately.
