About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between AMS International and our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and a positive employee experience while upholding our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and uphold a positive image of AMS International.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Supervise and track employee attendance, leave records, annual tickets, and personal documentation.
  • Provide counseling support to staff and resolve personnel-related issues as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel files; coordinate with AMS HQ on Immigration and Labour procedures.
  • Oversee annual and sick leave schedules; liaise with clients on approvals.
  • Coordinate with clients annually regarding performance bonuses and salary increments.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and engage with staff to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies; escalate ambiguities or inconsistencies.
  • Act as a liaison between AMS and client for matters concerning new joiners, terminations, workspace allocations, and logistics.
  • Manage monthly payroll (WPS) and client invoicing via relevant portals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficient in managing HR administration, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Candidates on their own visa.
  • Candidates available to join immediately.
