Overview: As an HR Executive at The Greater Change, you will play a key role in supporting our HR management consulting services across various clients in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR solutions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their HR needs and delivering tailored solutions.
HR Consulting: Provide expertise and guidance on a range of HR services including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, contracts, policies, and procedures for clients in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related issues as required.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops on HR best practices and updates.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or similar role, preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) will be advantageous.
