Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduates from 2022 onwards are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
