Job Description

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for planning and executing payroll processes, supporting administrative functions such as onboarding, benefits coordination, and team member lifecycle management. The role involves executing HR initiatives, internal projects, and engagement programs to ensure a positive experience for team members. The HR Executive also contributes to continuous improvement in HR operations, team member experience, and internal communications.

What will I be doing?
  • Coordinate the entire payroll process, including creating profiles on Oasys, attendance checks, payroll inputs, and adhering to approval metrics.
  • Manage onboarding processes: booking tickets, transportation, fingerprint registration, issuing lockers and name tags, bank card applications, and document scanning.
  • Ensure onboarding documents are signed and personal files are prepared for new hires.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate the leavers process: raising separations, deactivating bank cards, cancelling insurance, and filing exit documents.
  • Extract and share leave balance reports monthly, highlighting high balances to relevant leaders.
  • Implement leave management SOPs and update systems for pending days off and holidays.
  • Handle annual tickets allowance surveys, analysis, and monthly payments.
  • Enroll new joiners on Time Attendance systems and follow up on insurance processes.
  • Update team member albums and handle various letter requests.
  • Manage bank account enrollments and cancellations, and ensure timely distribution of promotion and status change letters.
  • Coordinate HR supplies and maintain HR attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare and share monthly birthday lists and update digital notice boards.
  • Compile and track HR reports and assist with team member engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR social media content for employer branding and participate in benefits enhancement projects.
  • Support HR projects, own timelines, and assist the HR Director and leadership team as needed.
