HR Operations Support:
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Ensure that all statutory and non-statutory deductions are applied correctly (e.g., Provident Fund, ESI, taxes).
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support to employees on payroll-related queries
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and regulations, including tax, benefits, and social security programs.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for audits, labor compliance, and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain documentation for all statutory submissions and ensure timely filing of tax, PF, and ESI returns.
- Assist in creating reports on HR metrics such as attendance, absenteeism, and other relevant workforce data.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Provide administrative support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and surveys to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with HR management on performance management, training, and other HR-related programs.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including timelines, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in setting up performance evaluation templates and providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Track and report performance review completions and provide analytical support for performance data.
- Support implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and maintain related documentation.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and update job descriptions as needed.
- Participate in onboarding activities and ensure smooth handover of selected candidates into HR operations.
HR Project Assistance:
- Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives, including employee surveys, talent management, and HR process improvements.
- Suggest improvements to existing HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Knowledge of tax calculations, Provident Fund, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory deductions.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
