Job description

For one of our partners we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures, while also contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Manage employee records, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Ensure legal compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (its a must)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in multinational or diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems like SAP, Oracle, or Zoho People.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
