Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will support daily HR operations and play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records (HRIS and personnel files).
  • Prepare HR-related documents like employment contracts, letters, and certificates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of leave applications, attendance records, and other employee data.
  • Assist with payroll input and monthly reporting.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Help in managing employee grievance processes and maintaining a positive work environment.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Support in internal audits and HR documentation reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and UAE labor law (or relevant local laws if outside UAE).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
