We’re on the lookout for a People Partner who’s quick-thinking, warm, and thrives in a collaborative setting. You’ll be working alongside two experienced People professionals who balance a high-performance mindset with a great sense of humour and a passion for what they do. What You’ll Be Doing...

You’ll play a key role in delivering responsive, high-quality People Operations support across the business, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Supporting employee queries and concerns with clarity, empathy, and speed
  • Coordinating recruitment activities – from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Managing HR records and supporting performance processes (including probation and people success reviews).
  • Handling payroll adjustments and employee leave tracking.
  • Leading on medical insurance processes – enrolments, removals, and invoice checks.
  • Partnering with the PRO on all visa and license requirements.
  • Supporting internal training coordination and employee engagement events.
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

What We’re Looking For...

  • You bring 2–3 years of HR experience within the UAE, with a solid understanding of local practices
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You are highly organised, proactive, and approach your work with enthusiasm and energy
  • You demonstrate professionalism and discretion, especially when handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • You have a strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and are confident applying it in day-to-day situations
  • You possess excellent communication skills – proficiency in Hindi (spoken or written) is a strong advantage
  • You’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from entry-level to executive leadership
  • You’re a natural problem solver with a passion for both people and data, and a healthy sense of humour
  • You have a creative mindset and are genuinely committed to delivering a standout employee experience across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between
