About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our team and support HR operations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience within cluster hotels in the UAE, a proven track record of managing large workforces, and strong knowledge of HR compliance and UAE labor law.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their expertise within a semi-government environment while working across diverse business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Manage and support payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMS/SAP systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, training, and development activities.
  • Manage HR operations for a large workforce of 500+ employees across 3 business units.

Key Requirements

  • Immediate availability is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within cluster hotels.
  • Strong background in handling a large employee base (500+).
  • In-depth knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Currently working in UAE with a reputable hotel/star hotel background.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
