The Human Resources Director MEART reports to the International HR Director at headquarters in France.

Mission

  • Provide HR support and advice to regional and subsidiary management, especially in the absence of local HR managers, aligned with the Group's HR policies.
  • Support the company's economic performance through HR initiatives such as productivity improvement, organizational evolution, KPIs, and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of international HR policies, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional centers of excellence.
  • Support transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Promote innovative ways of working to enhance organizational and process efficiency.
  • Develop and support the local HR team, fostering a global HR community and sharing best practices.
  • Participate in HR studies and oversee annual HR cycles, including compensation, talent management, and engagement.
  • Assist in setting salary policies and ensure compliance.
  • Attract and recruit top talent.
  • Collaborate with regional and local management to promote corporate values.

Profile

  • Higher education in Human Resources or Business/Management (minimum Bac +5).
  • At least 10 years of HR experience in a multi-country scope.
  • Strategic HR vision with operational excellence.
  • Experience with HR or operational management in commercial sectors is a plus.
  • Experience in establishing or closing subsidiaries or new activities is advantageous.
  • Experience in Pharma or FMCG sectors preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.
