Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Director to lead our HR department for an established Group in Dubai. Experience in Real Estate and Construction background.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with leadership to create a positive workplace culture, develop talent strategies, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

  1. Lead the HR department to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure effective talent management.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's HR strategy, vision, and organizational goals.
  3. Provide HR counsel and guidance to management on issues related to employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process for all roles, ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent, especially for sales, brokers, and administrative positions.
  2. Work with hiring managers to define job roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
  3. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a continuous supply of qualified candidates.
  4. Manage recruitment campaigns, create job descriptions, and oversee job postings across platforms.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  1. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively and promptly.
  2. Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  3. Develop and implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
  4. Ensure regular feedback and performance reviews are conducted in a constructive manner.

4. Performance Management:

  1. Develop and maintain performance management systems that ensure employees' goals align with company objectives.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management and feedback.
  3. Ensure that compensation and benefits are aligned with performance and market trends.

5. Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures within the company.
  2. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
  3. Regularly review and adjust compensation packages to ensure alignment with industry standards and company budget.

6. Training & Development:

  1. Identify skills gaps and create targeted development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  2. Organize training and professional development opportunities for all levels of staff.
  3. Promote a learning culture by encouraging continuous professional development and providing access to resources.

7. Compliance & Legal:

  1. Ensure company compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  2. Oversee workplace safety programs and policies to maintain a safe environment.
  3. Manage any audits, investigations, or legal proceedings related to HR issues.

8. Organizational Development:

  1. Drive organizational change initiatives to enhance business effectiveness and company culture.
  2. Support leadership in succession planning, talent mapping, and future workforce planning.
  3. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
