Job Details

Location: Waldorf Astoria The Palm, Palm Jumeirah Road, Crescent East, Dubai

The Human Resources Coordinator provides support for various HR activities within the hotel, playing a key role in employee engagement, administrative support, and employer brand enhancement through social media.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR queries and assist team members with daily HR matters.
  • Administer biometric registrations, locker allocations, ID printing, and update electronic notices.
  • Maintain confidential HR files and databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as NOC letters, salary and employment certificates.
  • Manage office supplies and requisitions.
  • Oversee HR content on social media platforms, monitor trends and analytics.
  • Coordinate team activities, recognition programs, and events.
  • Prepare presentations and newsletters for HR activities.
  • Conduct locker and meal spot checks, report issues.
  • Support a positive luxury service environment aligned with Waldorf Astoria standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by HR management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR support experience in luxury hospitality.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media and content creation tools, with strategic engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
