A glimpse of your typical workday

• Coordinate the end-to-end offboarding process (resignations, exit interviews, clearance, final settlements, etc.)
• Liaise with PRO, payroll, and other departments to ensure timely cancellation of visas, benefits, and access rights
• Conduct and document exit interviews to capture feedback and insights
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems post-exit
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies in all offboarding cases
• Support HR team with general operations and employee relations as required

What makes you stand out

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within a group/company structure
• Strong knowledge of offboarding, HR operations, and UAE labour law
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
