Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and employee requests
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings as needed
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements
