About the Role

As our HR Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our corporate and UAE-based teams, while also supporting our HR professionals across seven countries in the region. This position offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and administration. It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop their HR skills and contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews) for corporate and retail positions.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and departure processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Assist in performance management, development plans, and succession planning alongside senior HR professionals.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, organize documentation, and handle ad hoc requests such as drafting letters, managing leaves, and coordinating with finance on payroll.
  • Regional Coordination: Collaborate with local HR teams in multiple countries, providing support and guidance on HR processes and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Flexibility, agility, and resilience to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a drive to grow within the HR field.
  • Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus.
